Gary
Fulton was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and
the High Court of Australia in 1977 and appointed a Notary Public in 1994
and a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow in 1993. Gary
is the only Notary Public servicing the community in the Pine Rivers Shire
which has over 150,000 persons. Our
reputation in the marketplace is for a commonsense, high quality,
responsive and cost-effective approach to the law.
Gary has developed his own boutique law firm advising on legal issues
including business structuring, negotiating commercial agreements such
as business agreements and sales, mergers, joint ventures, town planning
law, conveyancing, house and commercial sales, purchases, estate
planning, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorneys.
Gary
has over 30 years of legal experience with medium sized legal firms,
including 20 years as a partner in a 3 partner firm. In Property Law, Gary assists and or advises and acts for a number of community organisations including Meals on Wheels Pine Rivers, Rotary Club of Pine Rivers Inc., Handihome Inc., Kallangur Memorial Bowls Club Inc., Hendra Bowls Club Inc., Brisbane North Forum Inc - formerly Brisbane North Economic Development Strategy (of which he is a former Chairman) a joint initiative involving The Brisbane North Chamber of Commerce, Queensland Government Department of State Development and Innovation and the Brisbane City Council.
Gary
has been honoured with the presentation of Life Membership of Tourism Pine
Rivers Association Inc., Kallangur Business Association Inc. and Pine
Rivers Agricultural Horticultural and Industrial Association.
Gary
is Vice Chairman of Grace Lutheran College Council, a Secondary School
with over 1200 students from grades 7 to 12.
