Gary Fulton was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 1977 and appointed a Notary Public in 1994 and a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow in 1993.

Gary is the only Notary Public servicing the community in the Pine Rivers Shire which has over 150,000 persons.

Gary has developed his own boutique law firm advising on legal issues including business structuring, negotiating commercial agreements such as business agreements and sales, mergers, joint ventures, town planning law, conveyancing, house and commercial sales, purchases, estate planning, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorneys.

Gary has over 30 years of legal experience with medium sized legal firms, including 20 years as a partner in a 3 partner firm. Gary is now principal of his own law firm.

In Property Law, Gary services a number of retail and property developers, in negotiations, drafting of documents and contracts with regard to purchase and sale of property, entity formation and property related finance.

Gary acts for a major Independent Supermarket chain and a broad spectrum of growing small businesses throughout Queensland and a number of overseas exporters and importers.

Gary assists and or advises and acts for a number of community organisations including Meals on Wheels Pine Rivers, Rotary Club of Pine Rivers Inc., Handihome Inc., Kallangur Memorial Bowls Club Inc., Hendra Bowls Club Inc., Brisbane North Forum Inc - formerly Brisbane North Economic Development Strategy (of which he is a former Chairman) a joint initiative involving The Brisbane North Chamber of Commerce, Queensland Government Department of State Development and Innovation and the Brisbane City Council.

Gary has been honoured with the presentation of Life Membership of Tourism Pine Rivers Association Inc., Kallangur Business Association Inc. and Pine Rivers Agricultural Horticultural and Industrial Association.

Gary is Vice Chairman of Grace Lutheran College Council, a Secondary School with over 1200 students from grades 7 to 12. Gary is Chairman of Living Faith Lutheran Church, Murrumba Downs.  Gary is a member of Lutheran Church Australia Queensland District Schools Committee member of the Workplace Relations Committee.

Gary has been a member of the Rotary Club of Pine Rivers Inc for over 25 years.

Gary extensive legal experience has placed him as a market leader in his field.  With his special interest in Commercial Law, Property Law and Estate Law.
